Zosim walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions, and provided fair, transparent pricing. The crew was professional, friendly, and left the work area spotless. "CNO built a 24’x30’ Garage for me with a 10’ door and a 12’ ceiling. Zosim was on top of the project from start to finish and always available to review any questions that came up or to discuss options. After foundation and blocks were in place, the general structure was up in one day, the roof shingled the next morning. The efficiency and teamwork of the two individual crews was absolutely amazing. His finishing crew did doors and window installation, siding and trim. They had multiple jobs to juggle but they did show up when they said they would and kept the ball rolling until it was finished. There were no surprises concerning financials. We agreed on a contract and pretty much stuck to the numbers. Minor adjustments for unforeseen items were resolved in a reasonable manner which we both could agree to. All in all, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend the company."

"Cno pole barns built my barn, and very pleased with it. Zosim is very polite and and got back to you when you needed to talk to him. Never pressure you into anything. Did take a little longer than expected, waited on materials. But overall, very pleased. Thanks again. "

"CNO Polebarns built a beautiful garage after a garage fire last fall. We had some issues being in the city with permits but Zosim was always on top of any problem that arose. Communication was phenomenal. I highly recommend this company."

"CNO replaced the beaded soffit ceiling on our back porch after our recent roof replacement. 2 skylights were removed with the reroof job, leaving the tunnels behind. Rather than patching in the tunnels, we decided to replace the entire ceiling with the same material as the original. We were concerned that the patch pieces wouldn't match. The entire job was completed in about 4 hours. Quality was excellent, and everything was cleaned up with great care. Thanks to the CNO team for a job well done!"
