Who we are
CNO Pole Barns has been putting up post-frame buildings in southeast Michigan since 1970. Today the company runs three full-time crews out of Clarkston, building garages, barns, barndominiums, and pre-engineered steel buildings across Oakland, Genesee, Lapeer, and Macomb counties.
The company is locally owned, licensed and insured, and carries an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Owner Zosim Serban quotes every job himself.
How we work
Reviews on Google keep mentioning the same things: the phone gets answered, the schedule holds up, and the crew doesn't leave a mess behind. You deal with the same people from the estimate to the final walkthrough, and the contract numbers don't move once the work starts.

Common questions
Yes. The crews work year-round, weather permitting. One recent barn went up in the middle of winter so the owner's animals could move in before spring.
Zosim Serban owns and runs CNO today. Three crews do the actual building, and Zosim stays on the phone with you from the estimate through the final walkthrough.
Post-frame is still most of what we build: garages, pole barns, horse barns, and barndominiums. Steel is a newer, second line of work, not a replacement for it.
