Howell is the Livingston County seat, and it sits just outside the four counties where CNO Pole Barns does most of its work: Oakland, Genesee, Lapeer, and Macomb. We take Howell-area jobs as a westward extension of that territory. It is not home ground the way Clarkston is, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.
